The property is well cared for and the management team is the best and most responsive. Every time I needed them they were prompt and professional. I’ve lived here over 3 years now. Great place!!!

Front desk ladies are so unprofessional seems like they have no degree . Very rude and unethical behavior. Never respect if a woman calls.

If you value effective management and communication skills, DO NOT live here. The Leasing Specialist (Leslie) and the Property Manager (Kris) are the worst communicators I have ever had to deal with. Long story short, it took them 6 MONTHS after I moved out to refund me labor charges that they incorrectly put on my account. I had to e-mail, call, leave messages for 6 MONTHS to finally be acknowledged and for them to finally take care of the issue (they kept ignoring me and brushing it off). When… they did finally send me a refund check, they spelled my name wrong (I lived there for a year, I signed their lease, get my name right). If you choose to live here, and if you ever have a problem or even a simple question, be prepared to take off work to see them in person in the office, because they will not e-mail or call you back (unless you berate them for 6 months). I don't think this review expresses how frustrating this 6 month fiasco was and how unprofessional Leslie and Kris were. We've just signed on for another year. The staff is very friendly and responsive and tries to make this complex into a community. The amenities (pool, workout room, underground parking, close to park, walking trails, and golf course) are unique to Janesville and make this the place for us.
