Ovation 309

Ovation 309 has been open for a few months now and I can't imagine a better place to live. Our apartment has floor-to-ceiling windows with high-end trimmings and appliances. It is incredibly quiet and we never hear our neighbors or noise from the street. The parking is private, heated, underground, and secured. All doors are secured by electronic keyfob as are the elevators, and there is a 24 hour doorman. The doorman will help us open doors if our hands are full, put our packages in our... apartment for us during the day, and are just all around awesome.

The building amenities are crazy, starting with the 13th floor terrace which must have the best views of the city and goes 270 degrees around the top of the building. It includes outdoor gas fireplaces and plenty of comfy furniture. The inside of the 13th floor is also community space, and has multiple gas fireplaces, flat screen TV, full bar with ice, refrigerators, a catering kitchen, tons of furniture, free WiFi, and a shuffleboard, along with wine lockers you can rent out. On the 7th floor is another veranda with outdoor fireplaces and gas grills. There is a club room on the 7th floor with free WiFi, flat screen, a full kitchen, and a coffee machine that makes free coffee, espresso, cappuccino, and more. Also on the 7th floor is an outdoor dog walking area when your pets can relieve themselves without you having the physically leave the building. On the second floor is a full gym with free weights, machines, stationary bikes, ellipticals, mats, and men's and women's locker rooms which each include a full pine wood lined sauna. The building will arrange for a fitness instructor or massage. Also on the second floor is a built-in yoga studio with daily yoga. On the ground floor the sidewalks outside are heated. There is the incredible Johnson Street lobby (there is also a back lobby on Dayton street). There is a Mr. Brew's taphouse built in to the first floor with a back door that leads into the building. A new high-end restaurant will open soon, also on the first floor and connected to the building. The doorman will also assist in making reservations at any restaurant or event in the city. Cap Foods is a 24 hour grocery store across the street.

Just moved in a week ago. So far I'm in love with the place! Beautiful, modern units, floor to ceiling windows, gym included and underground parking and great common spaces. The front desk is very helpful as well and worked hard to make sure everything in the apartment was working well. It is located in Downtown Madison so it is within easy walking distance of tons of great restaurants and bars.

The location is great you can walk to everything downtown, there's a great bar with food at the foot of the building and a close walk to tons of other options. Read More
