Do NOT live here

This apartment is cheap but it’s not worth it. Everything breaks down constantly. We’ve had the water go out so many times. This is the second summer the AC has been broken for a week. The drains clog constantly. The piping in the sinks breaks and leaks everywhere. There are only 3 washers and dryers in the basement and half the time, they completely flood your clothes and you have to put them in the dryer for multiple cycles. This building is so run down and they don’t actually fix anything,... just sort of repair it until it breaks down again.
