be careful of little tiny dent if you don't wanna get enormous additional charge

two small dent on refrigerator results in $700 additional charges when moved out.

You'll Hear Everyone

I'd only live here again on the top floor and at the end of the hall. The walls are super thing and you hear everything from the people above you. Worst of all, none of the doors have "soft close" on them so it's a constant barrage of door slams.

Awful wifi and maintenance

The wifi is horrible, both the internet provider and the management did very little to help which made things very difficult during WFH. The air conditioning is awful and when I asked maintenance they just said “these are horrible air conditioners in studios” and couldn’t do anything about it. It runs up my bill and doesn’t even cool my apartment. My whole blinds fell down from my window and when maintenance came they said it was horribly installed. Do not rent. Overpriced and cheap quality.

I'm sorry to hear about your experience with 700 East. We have a new director of maintenance who is very hands on and proactive. We have repaired and/or replaced all air conditioners. We have also upgraded our internet system to offer faster internet… .

Horrible place to rent

Horrible WiFi and cable options(there are no options). You’re stuck with slow internet and no cable! Staff does not take care of maintenance requests in a timely manner. In the winter, frost grew inside of our apartment.

700 East 1 Bedroom Apartment

The 700 East staff did a great job of answering my questions and providing plenty of samples and renderings to help me visualize the style and feel of the apartments when completed. They made me feel extremely comfortable signing for my apartment for July.
