Lack of Services Elevator not working for extended period. Garage unavailable for parking. There should be significant reduction in rent for this lack of services. Blame the flooding all you want (which shouldn't go in the garage in the first place if things were properly maintained.
Looking forward for reduced rent as mentioned.

Thank you for sharing your concerns. We sincerely understand how it is to be without elevator access and garage parking, and we truly appreciate your patience during this difficult situation.
Unfortunately, the elevator was damaged... during the historic rainfall event in New Berlin where more than 11 inches of rain fell in a very short period. Since the incident on August 10, we have been frequently communicating updates to residents and continue to work closely with the elevator vendor. The required parts have been ordered, and we are currently waiting for their arrival so repair can be scheduled.
In the meantime, we are taking additional steps, including offering grocery and large package delivery directly to residents’ doors and temporarily relocating garbage cans to the front entrance for easier access.
We value you as a resident and appreciate your continued understanding as we work to resolve these issues as quickly as possible.
