Thank you for bringing this to our attention. We want to assure you that we take all pest-related issues very seriously. The concern was immediately addressed through both our Maintenance Team and our regularly scheduled pest control… service.

Any time a resident reports a pest concern, we add it to our pest control service list to ensure the issue is resolved quickly. We appreciate your feedback and encourage you to reach out directly to the Resident Services Office if you notice any additional concerns so we can address them right away.
