Feels like a community, managers are very friendly!

We've lived here a couple of years and have appreciated all the updates to the property. Our favorite part is how accessible the managers are- you can text them with concerns or just knock on their door. They seem to respond to needs as quickly as they can.

This property is also very quiet even though it is 10 minutes from the capitol. There are gorgeous walking trails a few blocks away, parks galore, tons of ways to spend time in nature.

It has been nice to see and talk to neighbors out... walking their dogs as this is a small complex.

We plan to stay here for a few more years before buying a house.

No free heat

Owner keeps raising our rent a lot every year, about $75, 3 times higher than the local average increases for Middleton. NO HEAT INCLUDED, ONLY WST. The basement parking has water leakage on very rainy days, it leaks all over the cars, defeating the purpose of being charged $45 a month for underground parking. No insulation in the basement because the leaking damaged the insulation, makes our carpeted floor ice cold and costs $25/$30 extra on the heat bill.
Allows 2 dogs. The other people... living here are very nice. New onsite management is trying harder to get things fixed and communicate better.
