I've rented from McKenzie Apartment Company for almost 4 years now. They've been amazing! My husband and I absolutely love Waterside Apartments. Everything is super clean and quiet!! Excellent staff and the amenities make it a great place to live!

We use to live downtown and it was always so loud. We were so happy to move to Waterside Apartments. This is definitely a great area to live in. The apartment has great access to neighborhoods to walk. It also is close to any store you might need, and great parks too!
The management is super helpful and you get a fantastic amount of living space for the cost. There are many families that live on the property, but also a lot of couples too. Whenever a problem has come up, Management is quick to... solve it. In regard to noise, which I know many are concerned about, we live in a loft apartment and very rarely hear noise from our neighbors. At times the kids can get a bit noisy, but if you do have concerns management will address them. I really like where we live.
The property group also has yearly social events that they plan, and a great following on Facebook where they have many activities residents can get involved in. We are very lucky to live here.

I have been living here for over 10 years and absolutely love it! Whenever anything needs to be fixed, Michelle, the property manager, makes sure it gets done right away. They are continuously improving the complex.
