Legacy Apartments

Legacy was my first apartment experience in decades and I was proud to call it home for several years. I renewed my lease because it was truly such a wonderful place to live. The property offers excellent amenities and is always introducing new events and improvements to enhance the resident experience. As a woman living alone in a spacious ,modern two bedroom apartment, I always felt safe and comfortable. I especially appreciated the resident socials and community events, which made Legacy feel... like a true neighborhood rather than just an apartment complex. The Property Manager, Judy was phenomenal! She works hard and is so thoughtful in all that she does. She genuinely cares about the residents and works incredibly hard to make everyone feel welcome. Her kindness, professionalism, and thoughtful attention to detail made my experience there even more enjoyable. I rarely needed maintenance, but whenever I did submit a request, it was typically completed the same day. We lived at Legacy Apartments for just over 1 years when relocating to Madison for work. We moved in sight unseen from out of state and the apartment/property was exactly as advertised. Hands down the beat part of this property is Judy the Property Manager. She is the most wonderful human and efficiently/quickly handls anything that arises she also really makes the Legacy Complex feel like a close knit community. Property manager Judy creates such a welcoming environment and community among residents. As well as the facilities/amenities themselves being well-maintained and up-to-date, work orders have always been resolved either the same or next day. We’ve had a whole new AC put in because maintenance noticed a problem before we even did!

Legacy has everything I could have asked for in a place to live - and more! My apartment was beautiful; high ceilings, nice appliances, and lots of big windows. Whenever anything went wrong maintenance came that day. I love the gym because it has everything I need if I can’t make it to my commercial gym. The pool is awesome and so much fun. And Judy is the best property manager in the world. She is so wonderful and makes this place a great and beautiful place to live. This has been a welcoming place to live since I arrived 6 months ago. After looking at several apartment buildings in the area, I decided on this place because of the very friendly and helpful property manager, Judy. They are very responsive to any requests for work that might need to be done and the property (inside and outside) is kept immaculate.
