How Is This Rating Determined?

Good maintenance/location, predatory leasing

I’ve lived here for years and there’s a lot about the place I really like. The location is great and if you need repairs maintenance is pretty quick. But be careful before you sign. You have to give them 3 months notice to move out, and most places don’t advertise openings that far out. So you end up getting trapped in the lease or are forced to eat a month’s rent. It’s really unfair. Be careful.
