Not prospective resident
Yesterday, I stopped by, to inquire about possible openings. The person, I suspect the Manager, to whom I spoke, advised, there was a 2 bedroom available, but she was in the middle of a tour. I asked if I could make an appointment. To which she agreed, and gave me an appointment for 10AM, today. I arrived at 9:55, she buzzed me in, came out of her office with 3 people, who she was going to tour, and told me that this might take about 25 minutes.
I had the 10AM appointment, which she gave me. I... didn't ask for today at 10 AM, that was her offering, which I accepted. I suspect the 3 people were walk ins. She didn't even offer an apology. I left.
If a manager is going to be that inconsiderate with a prospective resident, how considerate and responsible are they as a manager? Would I consider living there, at this point in my life? Just from those 2 encounters, the answer is a profound `NO'! Would I recommend Granville Heights to any of my friends or relatives? The answer is still a profound `NO'!
