Amazing apartment with a lot of charm -- located in an incredible location -- best bang for your buck.
I get compliments about how cute my 2 bedroom apartment with a balcony is from every guest. The interior is white with 2 sets of french doors which creates a Parisian feel. I am steps away from Metro Market, 2 blocks away from Cathedral Square, 4 blocks away from Water St. and 4 blocks away from Brady St. The rent is so, so reasonable for the location.

Bug Problem
Moved in with existing lease owner, had immediate bug problem. Landlord (Jim) was extremely unhelpful and rude, never fixed the problem. He wouldn't allow us to move out until lease was over in 4 more months and wouldn't allow us to switch apartment rooms unless lease was renewed. Strongly suggest avoiding despite the low price, not worth the hassle. Street noise is also quite loud.
