Great staff, building, & location

Building management is super friendly, helpful, and approachable. They are very communicative and provide advance notice about any building maintenance. They put on really thoughtful community events, like a gift wrapping station available in the common room during the holiday season. The building itself is really well maintained and they do a lot to keep it in good shape. Cleaning the parking garage, bringing in window washers, and daily cleaning of the common spaces and hallways. Location is… right next to Brady but away from the craziness and noise. Units are large with modern appliances, including a garbage disposal and in-unit laundry. Balcony was also large and spacious. Really really enjoyed living here and would highly recommend it!

Great Building and Staff!

The staff is tremendous and communicate effectively. The building has all the amenities you need and walking distance to the local bars! Great place to be!
