The student workers refuse to actually work and treat you as a total inconvenience any time you have a question, I lived there for a year and they continually refused to give me a copy of my lease claiming there's no reason why I should need it, they refused to respond to noise complaints, they decided to repave the parking lot and had everyone leave the lot for what was suppose to be 2 days which turned into almost a week and compensated less than half of what it cost to park in public parking... during that time, I was also promised that because I was leaving only a month before the move out date that if I moved out before the last month of my lease started I wouldn't have to pay for that month (I relied on this when setting a move-in date for my new apartment) and then they made me pay for that last month. Ha Ha... This is a college dormitory and "2 Beds 2 Baths $767" is for 1/2 of the apartment and management assigns you a college roommate. If you're an adult and are looking for an apartment then its "2 Beds 2 Baths $1534". Deceptive advertising and a waste of time.

The apartments are definitely nice; they have updated appliances and everything is pretty new (although not the best quality). However, the studios and one bedrooms are far overpriced. You can get a much nicer apartment for what you pay. Also, a lot of people complain about the management, but I've never had any problems with them. Anytime I've had an issue they've taken care of everything - the people at the desk are pretty attentive.
They also switched from Timer Warner Cable to Dish and it... kind of sucks. Anytime it rains the cable goes out. The picture and quality are otherwise good, though. Read More
