Tribute Apartments at R1VER

It’s nice to know you are listened to and to be in a building that cares about the little things. The office manager Kiera does this for tribute and you can tell she actually cares, unlike most other complexes I’ve lived in. She does extra stuff like holding events and party’s, and that makes it feel like a close knit community. I really enjoy being right on the river and so close to Bay View. The area is growing.

Located on a gorgeous property on the water. Bridgewater Restaurant below is great to have so close.

The office staff is so easy to work with. They are super attentive and have been very kind to me :)

In 6 months living here I have had more issues than everywhere else I’ve lived in my entire life combined. The build quality is horrendous. Cut corners everywhere possible and it definitely shows. Only positive I will say is the maintenance is quick. Not that it matters much since we just have to submit more requests when the next thing breaks within a week. The leasing office is less than friendly and overbearing. Warning people not to let their dogs go to the bathroom on…grass…for example.... Overall verdict, don’t waste your money.
