Apartments themselves are beautiful but quite flawed. You can hear EVERYTHING from the apartments that surround you. Good luck getting in touch with management/ property managers. Ive grown to see that anytime anything requires effort they all go missing and can’t be reached. Car was broken into in underground parking a week ago and no one has acknowledged anything. You will constantly have to deal with dirty surroundings, because people and management just don’t care to fix the problem. (Ex:... Garbage bags thrown in stairwell, vomit in elevator, vomit in underground parking) It says secure but it most definitely is not. Even with the police department across the street and underground parking it does not feel safe. It’s been 1 year too long and the bliss of having a nice kitchen and wood floors has more than wore off.
