Sunny Hill Apartments

These apartments are horrible, things break and they aren't replaced. You can look in the parking area and see old broken appliances. Internet not possible for multiple apartments because the wiring is too old and Property Manager either takes forever to approve changes and repairs- or won't do them. The people who run and own these apartments should be ashamed of themselves.

These apartments are easy to get into but it’s not worth it . The landlord or leasing agent Julie is HORRIBLE . She’s extra nosy it’s ridiculous. She accuses you for things that she assumes you done even when you haven’t . I stayed here for a year and I would not stay here any longer. The maintenance doesn’t even fix things when it needs to be done or it takes FOREVER. I recommend if you never had an apartment and need a start this is an ok start but this is definitely not somewhere to stay .... The landlord is just terrible. Read More
