Nice amenities, not worth the price long term

The apartments are nice quality. Love the gym, and maintenance comes to help pretty quickly once you put a request in. It’s pretty expensive for a place like Verona that doesn’t have too much going on. I know they’re trying to appeal to all the young adults who move for their new jobs at Epic, (community events, new restaurants/bars popping up nearby, promotions, etc.) and the effort is appreciated. But I wouldn’t stay here long term. Why drain your pocket for a place that isn’t that fun and… exciting to begin with?

New and Growing Area

Apartments are fresh, with good amenities including a pool and gym, and stores consistently opening nearby. Walking distance to most of Verona, and convenient for many employees in the area, including Epic! Underground parking is a big plus. A little on the expensive side though.

Great apartment for working individuals

it’s very low maintenance it has everything you’d need to live a very comfortable life. the counters don’t stain the walls are very forgiving, it’s very soundproof and has carpeted bedroom. The price is good for the space and the location is great.

Rent is reasonable and management is very responsive. Maintenance completes requests quickly too. Proximity to Epic is also very convenient if you work there.

Great apartment complex

I would recommend living here to anyone! The management is amazing and they host so many amazing monthly events to help bring the community together. I’ve had an overall great experience here!
