I have lived at the Lincolnshire Place Apartments for 2 years now, and my fiancé and I just signed our lease for year 3. It is the IDEAL place to live, right on the Glacial Drumlin state trail, near a million lakes and rivers, a full 18 net frisbee golf course, all the amenities within walking distance, and that's not even getting into the actual apartment!!
Attached garage, clean, spacious, great windows, fantastic storage. What more could you ask for?! Oh yes, the beautiful outdoor space... (I wish I could show you how wonderful of an oasis it is!), and the incredibly attentive staff is AMAZING! Fun to talk to, and so quick to fix any maintenance issue.
I could not recommend this amazing complex more.

Looking for Better
The apartment buildings on the property look cheaply built and overly priced. The location is in the backyard of a high school football field and is in a noisy area.

It is true we are located directly behind Kettle Moraine High School. It can be noisy during football season but it's also wonderful the rest of the year. It's a great to have open views where you can walk and play and to walk your furry friend! ... We would welcome you to stop in and see how great they are!

Great Apartments
Fantastic apartments, with great staff who are always willing to help you as best as they can. As with any new apartments there are a few kinks, and they are addressing the problems as soon as they hear about them.
