Poor construction
If on the first floor, sounds of people coming down the stairs from the second floor are terrible. Every foot step from the floor above can be heard and it echoes. I can hear someone talk through my wall although there may be another unit between us. The apartment doors cause the walls to shake when they close. There aren't any secure features to the building doors. Anyone could come in. The closet doors free float on the bottom and constantly come off the track. All cabinetry is severly dated... and don't close properly. Costly rent increase recently. Buildings are stated as being pet friendly but this isn't true .The only positive thing that I can say is that maintenance responds very quickly whenever anything needs to be fixed and that is a blessing. I would recommend to keep looking. The poor construction compared to Rising costs of rent makes this not a feasible option.
