Poor communication & unprofessional management.
I am extremely disappointed with the management at Enigma Properties regarding their handling of Garden Pool Apartments.
Communication is very poor. Questions from concerned residents often go unanswered, and there is little to no follow-up on issues that are raised. When calling the office, representatives have been rude, interrupt conversations, and lack basic customer service manners. Instead of addressing concerns professionally, they cut you off and avoid providing clear answers and a... solution.
It has also been verbally stated by on-site workers that there are no active property managers overseeing the complex—only a finance office and someone answering calls. That lack of on-site management is evident in how concerns are handled (or ignored). Additionally, the company does not appear to follow proper legal protocols in certain situations, which is very concerning as a resident.
There are also issues with incorrect phone numbers listed online, making it difficult to even reach someone for assistance. Management seems to change frequently, creating instability and confusion for residents.
Overall, the experience has been frustrating and disappointing. Residents deserve transparency, accountability, and respectful communication—none of which have been consistently provided.
