Nice building

Building is nice white walls with pine cabinetry. I have been here for over a month and cant say that I would stay another year. Neighbors leave there dog poo outside their door for days/weeks and do not put in garbage. Lawn clippings are not blown once grass cut or trimming done. Have to clean your area after they are done if you do not want it tracked into your unit. For the price I would think the lawn could be in better condition. Noise in lower level is not bad but hear a lot of dog… barking and movement from above, so they do not have sound barrier floors or walls. You do need a vehicle to go shopping. Can walk to down town for night out at dinner. Personally would not rent if I had small kids not safe seeing very small children riding big wheels in road/parking lot and your slab attached to garage and not paying attention when cars coming in. Pool and weight area are awesome and kept very clean. The only reason for a 3 star is because of the neighbor poop outside and grass clippings all over and you have to clean your area up after they are done. You can sit outside your place or front of your unit if you have a space or balcony in upper level.

Amazing place to live!

Brooke, the property manager, has always been exceptional. She is friendly, responsive, and genuinely cares about the residents and the community she manages.

The property is extremely well maintained, and the amenities are second to none. The overall living experience here exceeded every other “luxury apartment” community I've lived at in the area.

If you’re trying to decide between The Emree and other apartment complexes nearby, I would highly recommend choosing The Emree. The… professionalism of the management team, the quality of the property, and the attention to detail truly set it apart.

I was genuinely sad to leave when I relocated for work. If I hadn’t moved, I would have happily continued living here. I highly recommend The Emree to anyone looking for a place to call home.

Great location, nice apartments and a pool!

I was one of the first tenents here and I have enjoyed living here. I can walk to downtown easily and The Hub, Gary's Place and MOWA are right around the corner. The property manager, Brooke, does a great job communicating and hosting apartment wide events such as a Christmas Party and Summer Jam with a food truck!

Great place to live!

Just moved in about a month ago the apartment manager Brooke is super nice and very helpful! The apartment are super cute and cozy and the heated pool is amazing! Also my pup loves having our own private entrance! Maintenance came same day to fix the leak in my sink! Very nice community to live in I highly recommend looking into it if you panning on moving.
