This company sucks

I moved out of September of last year(2021) apartment in perfect condition, it’s now august of 2022. I have yet to receive my security deposit back, it’s all because of a mistake that they made saying my move out date was on October the 13th of 2021 when it was on September the 30th of 2021. I took it to the manager over the apartments she agreed it was a mistake made on them and said I’d get my security deposit back. That was back in March. It’s now august. This place is a joke. While I was… there they wouldn’t fix my toilet all the way because it would still stop up. I went a day or so without a working toilet. The hallways are nasty and not kept up with. No one will answer their phone or their “mailbox is full” so you can’t even leave a voicemail. They say that they’ll get back to you but they never do. It’s always some excuse.
