This is a good place to live.. They rent is based upon 30% of income.
It is a roof over your head with all aspects and more of affordable housing amenities. They have maintenance on site during and after hours, that work daily to clean and upkeep of the property. The Office Staff is very understanding and likable, As with any affordable housing, you have your slackers, drugs, and squatters that attempt to move in and not give a darn about other residents and property,( But in the 4 years I have been there) the office will not tolerate to much of the vandalism,... drugs, destruction of property, they will and do call police and start eviction proceeding's. I work and there is not very many places that would allow someone to live with all utilities included for the price I pay.
