Perfect
For starters the neighborhood is great, the location is very convenient, and for a spacious three bedroom townhouse in the valley the price is reasonable as well. But what makes living here the best is the landlord and his maintenance staff. I moved in with brand new carpet and appliances but still had a few issues here and there. Within 24 hours everything had been fixed. If I have any problems the owner is easy to get a hold of and quick to help. The whole staff is very friendly which is a... plus for a single mother. I would, and have, recommend this place to everyone.
