Don't live here
I currently live in this building and let me tell you what it is like:
After a long week at work, there is nothing like a nice relaxing weekend winding down at home before you have to go back. Well good luck. You will hear every single sound from your neighbors. Every word they say. Every sigh. Every breath at night even (I cannot stress how much I am not exaggerating). You will hear every show they watch as clear as you hear your own, so I hope you like having to hear two shows at once. ... You will never have any peace and quiet again so long as a neighbor is home. The best part? They think they can construct apartments with (surely) no sound reduction in the wall at all but allow pets. So, does your neighbor have a dog? Do they leave it at home while they are away?
Do not fall for the appearance of these apartments. They look beautiful, but are constructed like trash. I have had enough of living here. I want to move so badly. I miss my old apartment so much.
Please listen to me. Do NOT move into this building. Tell everyone you know not to move into this building. I tried to get them to fix it and they say they can't. The people who run the place seem really nice. But that does not change how absolutely terrible trying to live in peace here is. As I type this I can hear our neighbors television over my own. I can hear him sleeping in his chair or on his couch while it plays. I can hear him waking up now and then. I can hear the dog walking across the floor as if it was right next to me. I can FEEL what he watches whenever it's building up to a big moment.
Stay away.
