Setting the bar at Minimum It's got the bare minimums. You can hear every neighbor, but the walls are there. The water spits and is sometimes a little thick, but it's there. The heat works, but only in half of the units.

In the 3 months since living here I haven't been able to receive laundry or mailroom keys, yet am paying for both of them.

There's a small mice problem. Not massive, but they'll get into food stores on the floor.

Jake, Thank you for bringing these issues to our attention. We take all resident complaints very seriously and want to address the concerns you've raised. First, it's disheartening to hear about your experience with noise, water quality, and heating... - we will contact maintenance immediately regarding these issues. Regarding the lack of access keys for laundry and mailroom facilities while still being charged for them, we will look into this right away. Lastly, pest control is a priority in our residences, and we will respond promptly to your report of mice in your unit.

Horrible Property managers changed out multiple times during the one year I was there heating was out for most of the winter did not plow the parking lot for snow. The washer and dryers barely worked and it was incredibly hard to get in touch with management when you needed to.
