Bad Management. My apartment fills up with cigarette smoke all day

This place is poorly managed. Filled with smokers even though we sign contracts saying that we will not smoke, and when you complain to management, they don't fix the problem. I would not refer anyone to this place. Not for the amount of money that is paid!
