NO LOCAL MANAGER NO MAINTENANCE
Apartments are well designed, however, tubs should be removed and walkin/roll in showers should be installed as these are SENIOR Apartments. Owners have not been able to retain competent managers or maintenance personnel since I moved in 5 years ago. Currently, we have neither.
