Make the move!

Let me start by saying Alexandria is the absolute best and so helpful, patient, and easy to work with. She was incredibly responsive as soon as I expressed interest in moving here and has kept that same energy for the past (almost) year. The houses are new so I haven’t had any serious maintenance requests but when I need something, Derek is quick and ready to help. The interior of the homes have a modern and spacious feel and I love it. Family activities and social events are held often and it’s… such a nice gesture for everyone to have an opportunity to interact with their neighbors. The location is convenient and only about 15 mins from Clift Farms. I looked at several places in Huntsville and Madison and none compared when I took a tour here. The community is quiet and well kept and exactly what I was looking for.

Great Place to Live!

Parallel 36 @ Liberty is a great place to live! The community is quiet and is in an awesome location for all your shopping needs. Along with living in a beautiful new single family home with a spacoius floor plan, we have had an a excellent experience working with Alexandria during the leasing experience. Alexandria is professional, kind, knowledgeable and always available to answer all our questions . Also, Derek is great, too.Derek has been extremely attentive, nice and knowledgeable helping… us with a few maintenance concerns. Thank-you Alexandria & Derek!

Great Community and Location

We have lived in the community since July and have loved our time here. We moved here from out of state and Alexandria helped make the move in process a breeze. The floor plans are spacious with modern appliances. The neighborhood is quiet and located just minutes from shopping and restaurants. The staff at Parallel 36 at Liberty are extremely friendly, helpful, and responsive to needs of residents. Derek does a fantastic job of quickly responding to maintenance requests. Highly recommended this… community

Love it here!

I have been living at Parallel 36 at Liberty for a year and my experience here has been amazing. I live here with my husband and kids and we are so comfortable and peaceful. Alexandria always has a smile on her face and is ready to listen to any questions we may have. Always working so hard to bring this community together by hosting super fun events were I've met really nice people. Derek is always there if we need any help with our home and always tries his best to resolve any minor issue we… may have asap.
Love living here and super excited to see it Grow!!
