The Best You Will Find

I have lived here at The Watts now for almost 3 years. I can tell you without reservation that you will find no better in the Huntsville area. Apartments are newer and have all the modern conveniences and amenities. There is a great pool area...gym (best anywhere), clubhouse, pet area, etc. The grounds are kept immaculate right down to the edging. It's just a beautiful and comfortable place to live. The gals who manage this place have something going on for all ages almost everyday of… the week. (unheard of anywhere). Residents are considerate and friendly... Never, a shortage of parking spaces and even a few of Huntsville's finest live here. Personally, I have only had one maintenance issue that was resolved in less than a hour. The icing on the cake... walk down the sidewalk from any building to a new private bridge that takes you right into Hayes Preserve for walking, jogging, biking, and Yes fishing. The Watts Apartments are resort style living.

Review!!

I had a wonderful experience living at this apartment. The unit was clean, spacious, and well-maintained, with modern features and plenty of natural light. The community was quiet and welcoming, and the grounds were kept in excellent condition. The staff was friendly, professional, and quick to respond whenever assistance was needed. The location was also convenient, with easy access to shopping, restaurants, and other nearby amenities. Overall, this is a comfortable and well-managed apartment… that I would gladly recommend to others.

Great location! Great amenities!

The property is beautiful, well-maintained, and has everything you could want to make everyday life easier and more enjoyable. From the amenities to the location and overall atmosphere, there’s so much to love. The community has a great feel, and it’s clear that a lot of thought has gone into creating a comfortable and enjoyable place for residents.

Do not Move Here

Range Water Residential is the company managing The Watts in Owens Cross Roads.
Range Water Residential is in Atlanta. GEORGIA. That is the reason you should not move here. They are too far away. Nothing is managed right.
Save yourself the worst experience of your life. Do not move here.
My experience here is so bad it borders on criminal.
