Kathy began her career by serving her country as a second lieutenant in the United States Army Reserves. After graduating cum laude from Prairie View A&M University, she worked as a pediatric oncology nurse and neonatal intensive care unit nurse. These experiences have been among the most challenging and enriching of Kathy’s life, enhancing her spirit of service. With an attentive, customer-service-driven approach to her business, Kathy takes a vested interest in each of her customers. In 2018, she was honored as REALTOR® of the Year and in 2022, Kathy reached new heights in her field when she won the Broker of Excellence Award from the Huntsville Area Association of REALTORS® and was awarded membership into the Coldwell Banker International President’s Circle, an honor reserved for the top 7% of agents worldwide. She also serves in leadership for the National Association of Real Estate Brokers.
