Pets are considered on a case-by-case basis with homeowner approval. A minimum non-refundable pet fee of $400 will be required for the first approved pet, with an additional $250 fee per additional pet. A minimum monthly pet rent of $30 per pet will also apply. All applicants must complete a pet profile at Pet Screening, including those without pets. Applicants with pets accept a non-refundable pet screening fee of $30 for the first pet and $20 for each additional pet.
