Moving into my new apartment was a smooth and stress-free experience from start to finish. The leasing office was incredibly organized and welcoming, she had all the paperwork ready. The apartment itself was clean, freshly painted, and exactly as advertised. All appliances were in great working condition. The elevator was working fine and both lobbies were clean! My neighbors were friendly, and the overall atmosphere felt quiet and safe. The Wi-Fi setup was simple, and utilities were already... connected, which made settling in a lot more convenient. After a long day of unpacking, I was able to relax and enjoy my new space without any major issues. I’m truly happy with my decision to move here and look forward to making this apartment my home. Highly recommend this place for anyone moving in!

Maintenance is absolutely great.

I put a request in for some cabinet work. The maintenance team were so nice. They were very time efficient and did not leave a mess. I can tell they care about the property as well as the tenants.

I was very pleased with my leasing experience. The leasing agent Linda Lundy gave excellent customer service. She made sure the application process went well, plus she stayed on top of the complete move in process. She was also prompt on getting me in my unit on time. Oh yeah, I can’t forget Kaylee she was so sweet. I’m happy to call The Dempsey my new home. Thank you so much.

Nice amenities and conveniently located. Friendly maintenance and management staff. Overall very nice apartments, but removed a star for limited parking availability, specifically for the main building #1.
