Artisan Twickenham Square

The staff at The Artisan lack the courtesy, concern and professionalism that is to be expected when managing the dwelling spaces of their tenants. The maintenance crew are in every standard under-qualified for this position and are as equally, if not even more-so, as unprofessional as the service staff. The list is long with this place, and the disappointment that comes with having to leave this review is great. It's a picturesque little street, with great amenities within walking distance.... There are also many other newly built complexes within the same walking distance that have GOT to service their residence and honor what they advertise exceedingly better than the Artisian. Do yourself a huge favor and look in to those. There is no "luxury" to be found here, and your hard earned money should be spent at a place that can at the minimum turn off the incessant fire alert that beep in the hallway for WEEKS at a time (thank you underqualified maintenance team), repair the front door call box (again, thank you under qualified maintenance team) or maybe even go so far as to clean their hallways so they don't smell like dirty diapers and garbage when you get home. Do not live here. Management plays favorites and is never fully staffed. The hallways always smell like garbage because of the "luxury living trash valet". The door codes never properly function, the garage gates are always broken and the elevators constantly go down. place is a joke.

The staff are so kind and extremely helpful. The community and all the residents are phenomenal. It's very pet friendly - it seems like we all have dogs. I absolutely love living here!

The management here is the rudest group i have ever had to deal with. First, they made me wait an hour to pick up my keys on my move in day when I had a appointment to pick them up but they decided that a walk in tour was more important. It wouldn't of been that big of deal if it hadn't been during my lunch break and made me late going back to work. Next, they made a mistake on my lease, called me to sign a new lease and instituted that it was my fault the mistake was made. I’m a full time working professional. Empty nester and traded in a 4300 sq ft home with a pool for the artisan! Great decision. Staff is helpful to a fault. Maintenance is professional and timely. Neighbors are friendly kind and considerate.
I have restaurants and grocery pharmacy.
Couldn’t recommend the artisan highly enough.
