a miserable place only made worse by terrible property management

if you have any other option for a place to live please take this as a warning and do not rent from this apartment complex or navarino property management. there is no response to maintenance request, the upgrades that have been done were done as cheap as possible, and the parking lot is an elephant grave yard of abandoned cars that the property management will leave to decay and take up much needed and limited parking . don't expect to be able to use the 'free wifi' unless you are doing your... laundry as the rang doesn't reach much further. the apartments are small and over priced with zero amenities.
