    Sickening!

Creek Bend Terrace needs to be shut down. Instead of people taking their trash bags to the dumpsters they throw them in the creek and on the grass. The staff is terrible. Whoever is in charge of this place needs to seriously be confined or something for letting this place get as bad as it is. The other day I was getting ready to walk up the stairs to my apartment only to be surprised by a pile of human stool with hundreds of flies feasting on it. Seriously!?? What type of human does this? This place has every type of bug you can name crawling under your doors and up through the pipes. There is an air conditioner but it is in the back room. And there is a gas stove, so it is ALWAYS extremely hot. There are 2 bedrooms and a living room. I still don't understand why someone decided to put the air conditioner in the back room. And no the air doesn't circulate...AT ALL. The air conditioner leaks out black stuff that hardens once it hits the carpet; the filters in the air conditioner are not changed frequently by maintenance like they should be. The filter in now looks like it's been in for years. I moved in here with my best friend only temporarily to finish summer school. But I cannot wait to get away from here. The only good thing is that the part of the complex where I stay is filled with senior citizens, and everyone looks out for one another. It is also usually quiet and there is never violence. But on the back street where the other complexes are...you'd be walking right into a death trap. This place is a disgrace. I'm always even embarrassed for my family and friends to come visit me. It looks like a dumpster. And I get angry every time I have to walk outside. I would not wish for my worst enemy to stay in this place.
