Terrible place

Terrible experience. This apartment complex is full of hidden and excessive fees that were never clearly explained upfront. Every month there seems to be a new charge, and management is unwilling to explain or take responsibility. The staff is unprofessional, unresponsive, and often rude when you try to get help. Maintenance requests take forever or are ignored entirely. Overall, this place is overpriced, poorly managed, and incredibly frustrating to live in. I would not recommend this apartment... to anyone.

All fees are clearly disclosed on our website, listing platforms. Utility charges are set by third-party... providers and may fluctuate, which is unfortunately outside of our control. That said, we truly regret that this caused frustration and that your experience did not meet expectations.

Keep Looking

When I moved in, the people in the office greeted me by name and with a smile. They were super friendly and helpful. There were changes in office staff/management during my residency, and my experience went downhill. I will not miss having to ask multiple times for the same thing before a request is addressed, searching about 10 minutes in the package room each time one was delivered before finding mine, and being inundated with the smell of weed in the elevator and on the patio. I was issued... noise violations because my downstairs neighbor could hear me walking when I was getting ready in the mornings or getting home from working in a hospital during “quiet hours.” I was also charged hundreds of dollars on move out ($600 to repaint my entire 2-bedroom unit for a few scratches/smudges from furniture, curtains, etc). I recommend against choosing this apartment complex.

The Collins is where you want to be after a long of work for a quiet peace of mind.

The atmosphere, the quiet, the environment makes this place heavenly like. I am a small business owner who does lots of traveling, this is right where I want to be.
