Wonderful property

Arcadia is a great place to live. Spacious floor plans with amazing bathrooms. Great water pressure and instant warm water. No issues with parking. Management and maintenance team are great and responsive to any requests.

Wonderful staff

This property is stunning and the layouts are great, but the staff is truly what sets this place apart. Marc has been amazing since our tour!

Overall great place to live!

The things I like about my apartment is the private balcony, appliances, soaking tub, ceiling fans, counter space and cabinets, and the under counter lighting is cool. The Gym and pool are awesome too but the reason I like staying here the most is because of the staff. They really know how to engage with residents and make me feel welcomed.

Great Apartments, Great Location, Great Staff

I’ve been living here for a few months, and I love my unit. It's spacious and has huge windows for lots of natural light. If you live on the southern side you can see the rocket! The location is super convenient if you work near Research Park, and you can slip around the traffic on University without being too far of a drive from Madison or downtown.

The staff are fantastic - always friendly and welcoming, and they regularly host resident social events where it's been fun to get to know my... neighbors over food and games. Marc has done a great job coordinating them, and is always happy to help and make sure you feel welcome. It's a breath of fresh air to have staff that genuinely care. Overall, it's been a great experience, and I'm so glad I moved here.

Beautiful apartments

I have toured a few apartments in Huntsville and this one by far exceeded my expectations! It is so beautiful and spacious! Marc gave me the tour and he was an absolute pleasure to work with and made it feel like home. the pool with the fire place is a good place to relax after a long day! It is a quite complex and nice neighbors. My big windows in the living room and balcony is so breathtaking in the afternoons at sunset. The management team are quick to fix any problems you may have and is top... notch making you feel at home
