Excellent service!
They have responded promptly and courteously to every request. Well-organized. Repair requests are online so that they can be tracked and followed.

Bad management

Management doesn't enforce any rules about trash or noise despite warnings. The trash compactor is constantly full and disgusting. The walls between apartments are really thin and if you get unlucky and have noisy neighbors, they'll do nothing about it. Only come here if you're desperate.

Thank you for your feedback. We understand your frustrations and want to assure you that we do our best to maintain a clean and respectful community. However, we also rely on all residents to do their part — especially when it comes to properly… disposing of trash. The compactor is for household waste only and not designed to handle large items like furniture, which often leads to backups and overflow.

We continue to monitor and address noise complaints when they’re brought to our attention and encourage residents to report issues directly so we can take appropriate action.

We’re always working on improvements and appreciate your input. If you'd like to discuss your concerns further, please don’t hesitate to reach out to the office.

The kelvin!

I been here at the kelvin for a couple of months now! And I have enjoyed everything they have offered so far! They do things for the apartment like having food trucks and events for holidays and whenever you need help they are very patient and kind!
