The Winchester

We were one of the first tenants to move in. The property is very clean and the upkeep is very good. I have one complaint but it does not take the rating any lower. If I am picking up each and every time after my pet then I expect the same from others. It is a policy and not everyone abide by it.

Every call to maintenance, every upgrade, all business done here. Is done promptly and professionally. If they tell you it will take 5-10 minutes. They really mean 2-3. They are in and out as quickly... as possible.

My husband and I have been at The Winchester now for almost 2 years and for the most part, it’s been a decent experience, especially for first time apartment people like ourselves. I love how the apartment gives a home-like feel.! The square footage is pretty much that of a home and makes you feel like you’re in a house sometimes and not an apartment. Sometimes I catch myself having such quiet days that I forget we’re in an apartment! We recently toured a home and I thought..”I think our... apartment is better than this home lol”. I love being just up the road from my fave places such as Starbucks, Publix, Aldi, Beaute Nails, and even both of our parents, which is a definite plus.! Maintenance is nice and attentive and the office ladies are nice as well. They really try to integrate everyone and be an actual community, which is nice and it shows they care.! I love being by the bark park for when we take our dogs out. I also love how I always have a parking space near our apartment and don’t have to walk far. Yes, we’ve had some aching pains here and there, but nothing is perfect.! Only wish I have for the future is for rent to hopefully come down, but we’re blessed and managing! Read More

Quiet, spacious floor plan, and amazing office staff ! Maintenance is fast and efficient!

My daughter and I recently went through the application process here at The Winchester and the staff and management were amazing throughout our entire experience. It was pain free and soo easygoing. We were approved within a few days. Bailey, who handled our application process, was very helpful and my daughter had so many questions but that did not bother Bailey at all. She happily answered every one of them. The property is always so immaculate and beautiful, and there is always an event... happening at the clubhouse. They always keep things fun and exciting for their tenants and we love that! We love the food trucks that come into the complex too. They also take safety and security seriously here and that makes us feel at ease. If you are looking for a nice modern luxury apartment I highly recommend you check out The Winchester. The best kept secret in Huntsville. Very spacious with high ceilings apartments. The staff are all very friendly and sooooooo welcoming and wonderful. If you’re looking for a place, well the Winchester is where it’s at.
