The Alexandria

I went this afternoon to inquire about a one-bedroom apartment. Upon entering, I made eye contact with the agent to the right. First, she did not get out of her chair to greet me which you would think is customary. I asked to see a one bedroom or studio apartment. She informed me that they did not have any available. She gave me an inquiry list with all of the amenities. No model to show to get some idea what they look like. I had to keep asking her questions for something that should have been... given. After I continued to ask questions, I could tell it was not going to end well. I left. She did not offer to obtain my information for future reference. She did not ask me my name. She did not offer refreshments while I wait. She did not offer to show me at least the amenities on the property even though a one bedroom would not be available until the end of September. So red flags all the way around. If I had a choice to rent from them after this experience, I would keep driving by. Please welcome your guest being they know nothing about your property. Do better with customer service. Make efforts to show you are willing to assist in locating an apartment. If I could give a ZERO star. I tore all of the paperwork into piece upon entering my car. If you are looking for a new apartment, you have found the one! After living her for almost a year, it really does feel like home. The apartments have a very luxurious feel and I have never felt more safe living alone than I do here. The apartment comes equipped with all the amenities you could need and for a great price too.

We moved in at the end of August and haven’t regretted a single day. We love this place. It’s new, clean, and quiet! Couldn’t imagine living anywhere else.

I loved it from the time I walked in the leasing office it just felt like home and the tour just confirmed it I fell in love with everything from the gym on down til when it was time get to business filling out the application I would most definitely recommend everyone to live here

The Alexandria Apartment is a very great community to live. I recently just graduated college and I was looking for my very first place to stay. This community was the prefect place! The spacing is really good and my neighbors are super nice as well. The staff is great and they always communicated any need that I had in a timely manner. Very nice facility.
