Peaceful and Quiet
You'll love this community! It's peaceful, quiet, and tucked away. Sparkling pool, dog spa, bark park, and 24 hour fitness center. Zoned for Madison City Schools!

Love the neighborhood
Palladian at Promenade is a great neighborhood with large townhomes with garages. It's nice to have a drive way, screened in patio, vaulted ceilings, and amazing neighbors. It's the perfect place to call home. Kelly and Patrick are very helpful and always available. I enjoy the resident events and time spent getting to meet new neighbors. It is next to all the dining and shopping so I don't have to go far for anything.
