RUN AWAY. PLEASE!
Soma towers is by far the worst complex I’ve lived. Amenities are constantly broken. Hot tub has never worked after living her for 10+ months. AC was down for a month and staff refused to send out updates, elevators will be down for 6 weeks and there are no accommodations for people moving in or out during the time. The office is supposed to be open until 7pm but more often than not they leave closer to 4 or 5pm. My apartment had issues with the smoke detector for months, and eventually had the... carbon dioxide issue portion removed for over 2 weeks and no staff came back to fix it. Office staff is a joke, does not return calls, emails, or follow through with their own requirements. Run, don’t walk to literally any other apartment complex.

Otherwise great building and location, but these qualities are undermined by management not consistently enforcing noise policies.
