3816 Pennsylvania

The 3816 apartments on Pennsylvania ave, in Westport are newly renovated and properly managed. I moved in promptly after renovations were completed and service to ensure that ever bit is operating as marketed has been top notch. There are always maintenance workers around or nearby to satisfy any request that has come up thus far and the landlord is a reasonable and understanding man. It is being handled by a new property management company but so far they have been doing ok. The apartment is... in a prime time location in Westport that feels genuinely safe. My only negative for this place is that the doors are very thin. While in the hallways you can audibly hear almost everything going on in the apartments. The walls are pretty thick with little audio bleed through but the doors seem oddly transparent. Aside from that, this is a great spot and I would highly recommend upon moving. Read More
