Country Manor Apartments

These apartments are surprisingly pleasant for the location. The apartments are tucked away from all of the hustle and bustle from mall traffic, restaurants, and shopping centers. Very convenient to get to the train station (septa woodbourne station), I-95, and route 1. The apartments & grounds are well maintained and whenever I have had an issue the maintenance team comes out right away. Rent ranges from $955 and up depending on the number of rooms. The neighbors are all friendly and it feels... like a true community considering the location. They are not dog friendly but they are cat friendly, so if you have a dog you can expect to not be accepted, this is mainly because they like to ensure that the noise level is at minimal to keep all the residents happy. This is a perfect place to raised children. The school district is nice.This place is a perfect place for dinning and shopping just in walking distance of the apartment.The view is also great and relaxing.The patio and yard is perfect to have your kid outside to play and run around safe.

Country Manor Apts has friendly and welcoming office staff. Maintenence is timely and well done but has barely been needed in the 3 yrs I have lived in my apt. Has wonderful wonderful pool, playground and gym. The complex is very clean and kept up. Love the size of the rooms and bakxony. Even though the complex is right off a busy highway the complex itself is quiet and low key. Love living here!!!

Quiet location, hidden from traffic, nice pool and gym area. Largest balcony I've ever seen! Price is good. Office staff great! Large rooms, small kitchen. Would be perfect w/central air, independent water heaters & wood floor options, but really good value. Beyond close to anything you need (shopping, attractions, transportation)
