Management decided not to renew my elderly parents lease. They have lived here for 13 years and have never even once been late on their rent. When they asked the management why their lease wasn’t being renewed, the guy told them. “I don’t have to give you a reason.” They also did this to my parents elderly neighbor who has lived there as long as my parents. This place obviously has an agenda and causing much stress on these elderly residents! It is just terrible what they are doing to these... older people! I’m sure there are others. This is a place you definitely should stay away from. They will end your lease for no reason!

Use to be good but not any more!
I can only give it an "OK" at this time - and barely that! What has changed the most is management. The current woman in charge is curt, impatient, and not always honest. Other renters share this opinion. Plus, there are major repairs that I have begged them to fix (waited at least 10 months) and I have had to do them myself - even though clearly not my responsibility. Management is a customer service job and there are people in customer service who strive to say yes, and within reason, help... their customers. Then, there are those who view their job as figuring out how to say "no." Head person here is a "no" person. I will add that the woman sitting at the front desk has always been helpful. I will stay until I find another location, which I hope is soon.
