Nice place to live however, rent keeps going up, utilities charges are $410 a month on top of monthly rent, property is relatively safe compared to other areas of kent

The area seems safe, compared to the rest of Kent. It's a little expensive for this neighborhood. If I move, it will probably be because of the rental rate. Also, management has been nice as well.
