Stay away from this dump. I lived with mold and knats. The maintenance come out and paint over the mold and it comes back, i stopped calling just dealt with it. The current management is awful, especially Shakeria and I’m so glad I’m out of there.

I being living here for 3 years and I have no complaints is very peaceful area I come from work at 3 -4 in the morning and is peaceful and great management I would recommend this place to anyone plus they love pets..!

Worse apartments i ever lived in , office never answers the phone ! Loud music is played all day and night !! Renovations are cheap asf ! Don’t waste your time !!

I’m enjoying the apartment itself. It’s the parking that’s ridiculous , if you don’t pay for parking you have to get home at a decent time to make sure you have somewhere to park (FYI parents with little ones).
The maintenance men are awesome and prompt!
However the office is bad, they NEVER answer the phones and never call back. I’ve called 16x In two days and no answer. The neighbors above me are like stomping and not caring about me underneath them like this is so upsetting. But the... apartments are quiet and nice to live in just need problems fixed or it makes living here unpleasant

Estos apartamentos no los recomiendo no areglan nada y si lo areglan amedias un miserable lavamanos no lo an replasado x uno nuevo pero que tal alfin del mes su renta puntual......la unidad que metoco esta todo viejo las chapas delas puertas el aire central todo oxidado muy mal servicio .......asi que si tienen pensado en moverse aestos viejos apartamentos pienselo 2 veces
