Incompetent Staff
I applied. Got accepted. Then, signed a 3 month lease (5-31-24 through 8-30-24).
I had told them that I did not plan on renewing my lease and made it clear that I would be moving out at the end of the leasing period. At no point in this process did they offer me the ability to sign the document that would legitimize that I move out at the end of the leasing process. Instead, they waited until the last month of my lease to call and say that I have to pay an extra month of rent when I leave at... the end of this month.
Completely uncourteous and unprofessional move on their part. Find anywhere else to live.

TERRIBLE PROPERTY!! Run!!
Rodents Roaches Mold Constant violence, gun, and police activity. You have to pay go park near your home otherwise it's first come first serve. Terrible service with the leasing office, maintenance, and management. Talk with the neighbors they will tell you the truth about this property.

Thin Walls
If you want some sleep do not live here. Walls are extremely thin and you can hear every noise coming from other units. Horrible living experience.
